Hutton, All Saints |
| There are 5 bells at Hutton. These bells are fairly tricky with a 35ft (ish) unguided draught. They are made worse by the fact that the ropes fall between the pews at the back of the church! The photo gives an idea of what we have to put up with. The Treble, 2nd + 3rd are the ropes on the left (straight line) and the 4th is in the centre, and the Tenor on the right hand side of the tower. | ![]() |

We also try to have a car outing each year. This year I oranised it, and we went to Linton (Cambs), Hadstock (Essex), Haverhill (Suff), Great Yeldham, Belchamp St. Paul, and Castle Hedingham (Essex). It had a good turnout with about 20 ringers there. Thankyou to Trevor + Nina Smith (Halstead), and Jean Lewis (Great Yeldham) who rang throughout the day with us and to Andy Bimson for driving the Minibus! |
